Susan Hayes Culleton
Susan HayesCulleton, CFA, “The Positive Economist” is managing director of the Hayes Culleton Group, with clients across Europe and the USA. The businesses include Active Peers AI which unlocks, diffuses and records tacit strategic knowledge within networks and #SavvyTeenAcademy which manages the entire experience of teenage work experiences in corporate organisations.
The company also provides training, speaking and content development services in the subject areas of the financial markets, economics and entrepreneurship. Susan has published “Money Matters”, a textbook sponsored by CFA Society Ireland, to go into every secondary school in Ireland to promote and democratise financial literacy right across the country. She has twice co-authored “Positive Economics”, the market-leading Leaving Cert economics textbook in Ireland. She is also the author of two books published by Penguin, The “Savvy Woman’s Guide to Financial Freedom” and “The Savvy Guide to Making More Money”.
Susan is co-founder of The Positive Economist, Associate Lecturer at Ulster University, host of Fantastic Female Fridays and the ESG & Tech Show, and the sole presenter of the Savvy Women Online podcast. She serves on the boards of the Irish International Business Network and the Ireland Hong Kong Business Forum. Susan holds a Chartered Financial Analyst charter, MSc Executive Leadership, BSc Financial Maths and Economics and a Diploma in Taxation.
Ardle Culleton
Founder
Ardle Culleton is the chairman, director and co-founder of the Hayes Culleton Group. Ardle is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) with the Institute of Bankers, a director at Sleepzone Hostels and a shareholder at Gillen Markets. Ardle has thirty years’ experience in the financial industry, is an avid stock market investor, faciliated a range of investment clubs across the country and is an expert in the life and pensions industry. He is a member of CFA Society Ireland and holds a Digital Marketing Diploma from Irish Times Training.
Chloe Walsh
Learning Technologist
Chloe joined the team in 2019 as a Learning Technologist. Chloe’s creativity, curiosity and problem-solving prowess lend her the right set of tools for her role in helping to build and facilitate innovative learning programmes for our clients. She also works on the Data & Insights team and has a special talent for visual representation of technical topics.
Chloe holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with Film from University College Dublin.
Anna Quinn
LX and Marketing Assistant
Anna assists with designing and implementing learning experiences. Anna’s sparkling personality, creativity with technology and interest in people enables her to add value to every group across all demographics. Her intrigue with marketing platforms, search for messaging simplicity and understanding of marketing models brings a unique combination to the business table.
Anna is currently studying BComm in University College Dublin and is going into her final year with an abundance of real world experience.
Alice DaJung
Research and Development Project Manager
Alice joined the team in 2020 as a Research and Development Project Manager. Her management of business relationships, conflict solving, crisis resolution, organization skills, strong attention to detail have make her an integral part of the team.
Alice holds a two bachelor's degrees, one in English Language and Literature, and a second in German Language and Literature. Alice recently graduated from Dublin City University with a masters degree in E-Commerce.
Maurice Sweeney
Digital Marketing Assistant
Maurice joined the HayesCulleton team as Digital Marketing Assistant in October 2017. He hails from Enniscrone in Co. Sligo. He obtained a degree in Business Studies in Management Practice from IT Sligo as a mature student, after returning from a 10 year career stint in Dublin.
